Traffic Geyser - Comprehensive Review And Analysis

Here at ExpertMLMReview we thought it would be good to review Traffic Geyser, because it is a product heavily talked about among online marketers. This review is a little different because I have been using traffic geyser for a while now. That being said, my intention is not to sell you on it, rather to inform you of what it does and how well I think it works.

I don't need to convince you that online video marking is exploding, and more importantly people are making thousands of dollars advertising their product through video. The question is, will Traffic Geyser take your video marking through the roof like it claims?

About 6 months ago I first got involved with video marketing. I was creating videos and manually submitting them online to YouTube, Viddler, Vimeo, and other major video sharing sites. It soon became evident I was spending more time trying to upload the video than it took to create it, edit it, and come up with a catchy title all together. Without a doubt I needed good software to automate this process for me.

The concept of Traffic Geyser...

There is no new ground breaking concept behind Traffic Geyser. In fact, there are other video uploading programs that perform similar tasks. When I first started video marketing I used a free program called TubeMogul that saved me hours of upload time. It allowed me to create profiles and submit videos to 7 video sharing sites including YouTube while also providing statistics for each submission. This worked great for about a month; until I realized the majority of my time was now spent submitting my video to bookmarking sites as well as blog sites, trying to leverage myself with the power of web 2.0. Searching for a solution, I used my friend...Google and soon found Traffic Geyser.

Taking it to the next level...

After stumbling upon Traffic Geyser and watching the promo videos: I was very impressed. It allowed me to publish videos on 25 + video sharing sites and post information links about the video on blogs, bookmarking sites, article sites, and podcast sites instantaneously. Another nice feature is the ability to upload multiple videos and organize them under a unique profile. You wouldn't think this is a big deal, but it saves time and makes it easy go back and look and see what videos you uploaded and which ones you didn't.

The timed submission feature...

One of the coolest abilities you have with traffic geyser is the timed submission feature. If you decide to use it, which I would highly recommend, it gives you the ability to automate when you submit your vides to different sites. For example if I make a video about swimming and I want to submit that video to 25 video sharing sites, I could tell Traffic Geyser to submit that video to all of those sites over a period of 12 hours or 1 day or 3 days...etc. This is huge because some sites recognize when a bot is uploading videos and other sites know it's impossible to upload tons of videos all at once and cancel your upload. With this feature more submissions will be successful where as on other video uploading programs they could be deleted.

Pre-designed blog and opt-in pages...

Traffic Geyser also allows you to create opt-in pages. At the time I started, I wasn't sure of the best way to use opt-in pages, let alone build them. Being able to use their opt-in templates was a great alternative to paying someone to design and build one, which could cost a pretty penny. Another feature worth mentioning is the ability to create a blog. Trying to understand how they work and how best to optimize them can be overwhelming. Traffic Geyser does a pretty good job of educating their users both on blogs and promoting them with videos. These are great additions to the program giving it more value beyond just that of a video submission program.

Let's take a look at the support and training...

As far as support goes, you can create a support acount and when you have problems or questions you submit what they call a "support ticket." Your problem is then categorized as either a billing or technical issue. You can then prioritize your problem by labeling it urgent vs. important...etc. I found their feedback to be decent. In some cases I thought they would get back to me sooner than expected, where at times they solved my problem right away.

Traffic Geyser has a whole page devoted to training with a ton of videos walking you through different scenarios within the software itself solving problems you may encounter. Mike Koenigs, one of the co-founders, walks you through a variety of ways you can utilize Traffic Geyser making money through ClickBank, as well as marketing your own product. For trouble shooting, they have video training that will walk you through each feature they have and how best to use it. I was really impressed with the training they provided on making money with traffic geyser using affiliates.

How savvy are you with online marking?

The question is less about "does the product work" but rather "is it worth $100 a month?" From my experience, if you are new to video marketing, or online marketing in general I would suggest you not buy the software. If you are starting out I would advise using TubeMogul. It's a free program and it will teach you a lot about video marketing and video sharing sites without you having to shell out money while you are still learning. Learn the basics first and when you are ready you can upscale.

The same goes for creating blogs and opt-in pages, get your feet wet before you hop into the pond. Online marketing, there are a lot of different pieces that must come together to be successful. Try as best you can to save money and only buy the products and programs you find are absolutely necessary I just don't want to see you subscribe to traffic geyser for up to 3-4 months and spending hundreds without knowing how to use the software to its full potential. Trust me, if you are still a newbie to online marketing saving your money will be rewarding in the future. Take the time to learn all the pieces of online marketing, and when you are ready come back to Traffic Geyser.

If you are no newbie...and just need the right tool to promote your videos, then Traffic Geyser is the next step for you.

Their video submission features are top of the line and when combined with their article, blog, and bookmarking features it is well worth. It saves hours upon hours of uploading, time and frustration. Take note that it will only be worth it if you upload enough videos every month. If you only plan on uploading 2-3 videos a month, forget it! Unless you have videos lined up to promote, I wouldn't bother with it. $100 a month isn't worth only uploading a couple videos. What I would suggest here is building a list of videos that you would like to promote and do as many of them as you can in a month. That way you can utilize all the features of traffic geyser and only have to pay $100 vs. the $400 you would be spending scrambling to make content that makes your subscription worth it.

Did I hear something about a free trial?

Yes! Traffic Geyser does have a free trial...well almost free. For a month you can give traffic geyser a try with all the features you would normally have for only $1. This is great for people that need to both learn the software and be able to use all the features effectively. For those of you that are just starting out you may want to try this and learn all you can within a month. You can then unsubscribe, take what you learned, apply it and when you are ready to take your advertizing to the next level you will be ready.

Don't take a good thing and abuse it....

People love to take products like this and abuse them. To their defense it is almost too easy to do with Traffic Geyser. When you have a campaign you want to put in place, devote some time into how you are going to do it. Only create quality content and you will avoid many future problems you might have with video sharing sites. Videos that provide good information will do a lot more for you in the long run. Cream will always rise to the top.

Final deciding factors...

As far as video submission goes, there is no other software that can automate more than Traffic Geyser. That being said you are paying a premium price at $100 a month. Unless you have the content to roll out every month, save your money until you have enough to pump out to make Traffic Geyser worth it. If you are ready for the next step look no further. Watch all of the support videos and learn as much as you can as quickly as you can. The more time you spend submitting videos, the more valuable Traffic Geyser will be. If you want to take a sneak peak, sign up for the free trial and surf around. You should be able to tell fairly quickly after some trial runs if it's worth your money, and more importantly your time.
